The Faiza Chronicles - Quest for the Simurgh - Middle Grade Fantasy: QUEST FOR THE SIMURGH's world is far away from Hogwarts, Euro-centric fantasy, and Middle Earth. However, it contains the themes of friendship, sacrifice, and the age-old conflict between good and evil common to most juvenile fiction. This novel, set in the Aladdinesque world of Persian mythology, follows four teenage friends who are drawn into a war between the gods and demons.

The Faiza Chronicles - The Tablet of Destinies: Definitely a working title here. I might follow up on Quest for the Simurgh, since I've grown fond of the main character in that book. Plot is a bit rough right now, so I'll wait to post until it gels a bit. Just FYI, the Tablet of Destinies is from Mesopotamian mythology. It gives the possessor dominion over the entire Cosmos. You might imagine that it falling into the wrong hands would be a very bad thing.
